This ring is made with the highest quality 14k gold fill. The oval size is 4x6mm.
What is gold fill?
Gold-filled jewelry is much more valuable than gold-plated. In fact, there is almost 100 percent more gold in gold-filled items than is found in gold-plated items. It has the same desirable properties and look of solid gold. It is highly tarnish resistant and water safe. Wearers who are sensitive to certain metals can wear gold filled without worries of an allergic reaction.
I started making memorial ash jewelry when a close friend of mine lost her father. I spent weeks learning how to make a piece for her. I wanted to get the ratio/design/technique perfect before starting on it with her father's ashes. Once her piece was finished and I brought it to her, it was the most heartfelt reaction I have ever seen. It was by far the most special piece I had made. I was so thankful that she trusted me with the ashes and allowed me to gift her the most special gift.

Ash delivery options:
1. Local Delivery:
- We can discuss a meet time.
- Only a small amount of ashes are needed for your piece(s) - a tablespoon will do.
- If you would like to bring the entire urn I can remove the amount needed for you.

2. Shipping Ashes:
- Please wait to receive your customized mailing instructions before sending the ashes. Immediately after your order has been placed, you will receive instructions in your email specific to your location and order information. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to me.
- Only a small amount of ashes are needed, a tablespoon will do. The extras will be returned to you with your piece(s).
- You can put the ashes into a ziplock (double bagged is best) and then into an envelope or packaging of your choosing. Please avoid shipping in a large container because it could increase shipping charges.
- I suggest purchasing tracked shipping.

It takes me approximately 4 weeks once I recieve the ashes to complete the ring
CUSTOM SIZES * I can do any size from 3 to 13, including half sizes. I am not able to do quarter sizes. If you require a size different than the listed sizes, please select "custom size" and leave a note on your order with your desired size. The custom sizes are hand made to order by a third party and the current wait time is approximately 16 weeks for the custom ring base to be made. Once I have the base, it would take me approximately 2-3 weeks to complete the stone. Please note these are estimates and are subject to change. Feel free to message me to inquire about specific wait times based on the size you need. To avoid these wait times, I would suggest selecting one of the listed sizes :)
